DESCRIPTION:[vc_row row_content_width=”grid” css=”.vc_custom_1571997794235{padding-top: 118px !important;padding-bottom: 140px !important;}”][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_empty_space height=”50px”][vc_column_text]The third session works with two core emotions\, pain and lightness. \n  \nPAIN being at the core of us ‘being-humans’ because in truth\, pain is part and parcel of the human experience and it takes bigness to recognise that we all\, each and every single one of us\, go through pain & we will never be able to escape from it even if we learned to mask\, pretend or numb it throughout our lives. This is a pivotal session in the Soul Dancing series. In this session\, participants are assisted to open up\, feel and embrace their pain. Most importantly\, participants are encouraged to move & dance whilst experiencing the pain as frequently people tend to become immobile/stuck when in pain. \n  \nOnce all the available pain is acknowledged & expressed\, participants together move into the LIGHTNESS section wherein they realise that on the other side of the valley of pain is a towering mountain of one’s own greatness and with it a beautiful lightness of spirit.
